How are these wheels made?

We work directly with a wheel factory overseas that assists with the manufacturing process of your wheels. This wheel factory manufactures wheels for many other much larger private wheel companies you may have heard of. 

What wheels are we able to produce?

The sky is the limit for what we are able to produce for you...for the most part. There are a few restrictions when it comes to wheel production. Legally we are not able to produce exact replicas of already existing wheels. However, we are allowed to take a large amount of inspiration from existing wheel designs. Reach out to our team with what you are looking for and I am sure we will be able to deliver a product that gives you the look you want without breaking any laws.

How are you able to sell wheels cheaper than competitors?

One word; Overhead. Many larger wheel companies have multiple facilities and hundreds of employees. Both of these are very expensive and lead to an increase of cost pushed on to the customer in order to meet margins. Barn Motorsports has just 2 employees. We also value providing a better product at an affordable price point rather than making the most possible off each sale.

What is the lead time on a set of wheels?

As of right now all of our wheels are made to order. This gives our customers the most customizability as possible. No two builds are exactly the same so why should your wheels be. Becuase of this, we have approximately a four-week lead time for production. While this is not optimal, we want to ensure that the wheels you will be receiving are exactly how you want them. We will keep you updated throughout the entire production process. Shipping times can vary depending on the shipping method. Expect anywhere from seven to twenty days from the time your wheels ship to arrive at your doorstep. We are actively working on improving lead time so ensure you can receive your wheels as soon as possible.

What is the payment structure?

We ask for 50% of the price of the wheels up front. Once production of the wheels has been completed, we will ask for the other 50%. By purchasing a set of wheels from us you are agreeing to see the production process through to the end. 

What is your refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not offer any exchanges or refunds besides a few exceptions. Please ensure that all of the desired measurements for your wheels are 100% correct before submitting a request. Once the wheel goes into production, we are unable to make any changes to the design. If at the time of delivery any of your wheels are damaged, defective, or have the incorrect finish please reach out so we can reach a mutual solution. Please ensure the wheels are correct before mounting tires.
